Obama Makes a Deal: No Deportations if you Sign Up for Obamacare



So, it'��s come to this…

President Obama has made it painfully clear that he cares not about the rule of law. The Obama Administration has aptly been dubbed the Imperial Presidency by many conservative pundits, and for good reason. While politicians of all parties have been guilty of stretching the limitations of their office, none have so recklessly abandoned their duties to uphold the rule of law as Barack Obama.

Now, in order to drum up support for his failing signature achievement, the president is leveraging the threat of deportations to gain enrollees in Obamacare.

On Tuesday, President Obama sat with Univision Deportes, a Spanish-language program, to assure viewers that the government will not deport relatives of enrollees who are here illegally.

Well, the main thing for people to know is that any information you get, you know, asked with respect to buying insurance, does not have anything to do with the rules governing immigration, Obama said. ��And you know, you can qualify if you're a legal resident, if you are legally present in the United States. You know, if you have a family where some people are citizens or legally here, and others are not documented, the immigration people will never get that information.

��You know, you will qualify, you know, regardless of what your family's status is,�� Obama continued. So, you know, people should not hold back just because they're in a mixed-family status.

Because the administration that empowers the NSA to spy on millions of Americans and works to dismantle HIPA practices to combat gun rights is very concerned with privacy.

The president, when all is said and done, has but one key, important job; the president is the law enforcer. He is the executive, which means he executes the laws passed by Congress. He doesn'��t have to like what's on the books, but when assuming the role of president, one swears to uphold the laws of the United States.

And that means immigration laws.

Obama is panicked, and he should be. People are not signing up for the overpriced healthcare that is riddled with problems and his desperation is evident in his undignified promises of lax law enforcement in exchange for sign-ups.

A little salesmanship is one thing, but if the administration has to stoop to such pathetic measures to try and solicit sign-ups, perhaps we should examine the failures of the product they'��re trying to push.

There are three distinct problems that this attitude has but highlighted and the masses just keep sucking up and cringing.

First, there is the chief executive that has always stepped beyond the bounds enumerated in the constitution, even Thomas Jefferson. However, matters keep getting worse and worse toward total tyranny. But the remedy is clearly stated in the constitution, to wit Article 2, Section 3:


He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.


So there is no doubt as to the president being in violation of his constitutional duties, rendering him a fraud unto his office and an imposter in his office.

The constitution also provides a remedy for this situation, to wit in Article 1, Section 2:


The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.


And Article 1, Section 3:


The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.


So we all know that congress, just to protect themselves are not going to do their duty which now places them in the same boat. So that only leaves one remedy, the courts.

But that leads us to the next problem, the not only refusal of the courts to address the matters but to actually block all attempts for the people to remedy the situation.

Therefore there is only one remedy. The prosecution by the people of the courts, the court system and most specifically, individual judges. But first the root of the problem needs to be addressed, the illegal BAR association that has their fingers in all aspects of government, including controlling all branches of government.

Our founders saw this problem and established the original 13th article that has been buried by the government with the help of the British.
