Just In: Obama Accused By Congressman Of Illegal Action At Bundy Ranch

He cites a severe violation of U.S. Code -- 43 U.S.C. Section 1733, Subsection C

The letter included a section of the U.S. Code - 43 U.S.C. Section 1733, Subsection C - stating exactly that point. [Emphasis Stockman's]

"When the Secretary determines that assistance is necessary in enforcing Federal laws and regulations relating to the public lands or their resources he shall offer a contract to appropriate local officials having law enforcement authority within their respective jurisdictions with the view of achieving maximum feasible reliance upon local law enforcement officials in enforcing such laws and regulations."

It is the Presidents oath to "faithfully execute the law as it is written..." .... Something this POTUS thinks he has the power to ignore.... instead he makes, alters or translates law as it suits his agenda or desire!

I wouldn't be so sure this Representative is on Bundy's side. He is in essence telling the President that he should compel the sheriff to act with BLM, cutting him out of his stand with Bundy, something the sheriff did reluctantly.

This is the same as the governor chastising BLM for the first amendment thing, not their actions.

When you look at the big picture, the state has become no different than the fed. They are in this together, dividing up the power to control the sheep. This goes all the way down to the county and the municipalities.

Nothing will change until the people start making these people responsible for their transgressions. The master must be responsible and discipline there servants. No, not put them in jail, that is just a burden on the people. Use civil action and remove their property, all of it now and in the future. Leave them lying in the gutter begging for alms.

Or a lucrative deal to be a lobbyist? Having to suffer so only making $174,000 a year with benefits and all you can steal.

I have a very hard time understanding liberal logic.

It's obscene, disgusting and perverted what politicians do. We are allowed to discuss them intimate encountering all of the US.

But, talk a little normal, straight sex, somehow, seems to be rated R.

No reference to Mods. Just Stupid Liberals.

I see a conflict of interest in what the BLM is doing, they've been taking the grazing fees by the ranchers then using that money to buy them out. Bundy saw this a long time ago and here we are today.

Any more news on Reid and the Chinese governments solar farm on those ranch lands?

Won't be long and Slimy Greid will have Johnny McShame and Lousy Graham backing him up on the Repulsicon side.

They never met a war they didn't like.... even one against the American people!

Well Graham and McCain are up for election this period. Arizona pretty pissed at McCain.

South Carolina, that state went off the deep end with California a long time ago. And with Graham in the house, that's one seat the Dumbocrats don't have to waste money replacing.
