Uncomfortable feelings well up inside 2) Are you aware of what makes you get angry? Yes 3) And try avoiding it? When I can 4) What do you do when you gets out of control? I clean the house when I get angry. And the work seems to go faster so that's how I get out of control.  5) How do you control it later? If the entire house is already clean, the yard work is next

 It all depends on the situation!! If its with a Guy "I mash his mouth!" on here all you can do is ignore them,but mentally "i'm still mashing his mouth!!" In a relationship with a Woman i don't believe in going to bed angry but i give her her space-withdraw to defuse the situation! But am ready to talk to see what the problem is!  I believe before a commitment is made between a Man and Woman they should sit down and discuss the does and "dont's "with each other!! I do this! And it is known if i am accused of Cheating "i'm gone" i will NEVER CHEAT that's just the way i am!!

I don't get angry. I find it along with most other emotions to be a relative waste, it doesn't succeed in accomplishing anything and more or less just makes the situation more difficult.
I just accept my lack of ability to do anything in said situation, and go with "It is what it is." |
