I am gaining weight just reading this thread lol. I have made a whole turkey covered in bacon. A real yummy one is maple bacon pork loin.

Want great bacon flavor without the pain of bits under your dentures or lots of calories...grind bacon bits in a sea salt grinder or even a pill crusher 1/2 Tablespoon is plenty to flavor a couple of scrambled eggs.
