Deputy Jack McCloud deserves to be arrested and charged with abuse and neglect (cruelty) to an animal! How dare he press charges against his good samaritan neighbor who cared more about his responsibility than he did!

To leave his dogs unattended without food or water and chained while he was relaxing on vacation without giving a shyt if they would be dead or alive when he returned is unconscionable!

As boney as the puppy is it's probably wormy too. And this neglect had been goin' on for a while because an animal's skeleton doesn't show after only missing a few meals.

A rural county that has no animal control leaves owners free to get away with anything. And this guy should be given a taste of his own medicine. I wonder how he'd like being chained outside with no food or water for days. A$$HOLE!!!
