Cooked 5 pounds overnight.
Bien sabroso!

Gonna send over a pound to my boys Mama and put the rest in sandwich size freezer bags.

When I get the ganas, I'll can pints of it.

One day, I'll splurge and cook tongue and cheek.

Tongue is like five bucks a pound.
