How do we know how short the officer is? AS there has been next to NO info given about him besides how upstanding and likable he is. No photos of his injuries, no report of the incident, no medical report or paramedic investigation?

And even if a big man is 'charging', training teaches that such an action actually would put him at the DISADVANTAGE because his momentum is then easily used against him

but, no, the only defense against someone armed with WEIGHT, if they come towards you, is to shoot them dead,,,I guess,,,


in any case, even believing that he f'ed up in taking someones life, I don't think it was callously done and believe he and his family probably can use some financial assistance in these times

just as the brown family can

and even then, the operative word is 'had',, he 'had' resisted arrest, possibly injuring the officer

but WHEN HE WAS SHOT, he was not causing any injury and was at a distance where he could not have caused injury without a weapon

WHEN HE WAS SHOT, he 'HAD' retreated/put distance between himself and the officer


and I don't need to know 'everything' personally, but certainly, I should know as much about the incident regarding the shooter as the one that was shot

we immediately heard how 'big' this person was, we saw his injuries, we saw tape of him lying dead in the street

but no information AT ALL about the officer as it pertained to the incident except verbal claims that he had an 'orbital blowout' and then later that his face was just 'really swollen'

and that he was un upstanding cop who had received an award

when it comes to information, ALL is not necessary, but balanced is
