When I sign in I get user deactivated message. I tried to message someone that had checked my profile 30 minutes earlier and got message she was user deactivated.

The person may have deactivated, or, the person was a scammer and we've banned them |

Why does the first screen that comes up when I sign in say user login deactivated?

Welcome, JPF1969. We do not deactivate accounts with no reason and there is no such current bug, so make sure you are not doing it at some point in your log-out routine.
