... how many of you suffer from aches and pains..... is it" hard" to get out of bed in the morning...lol.... do you sit on the edge of your bed.. listening to your body Creak and moan...
.. do you hobble around... favor one knee over the other..... I have lived a life of.. very hard physical work... I find.. now that I am slightly older...lol... that all that.. improper lifting.. lack of stretching... and even too much late night partying... is coming back to roost......

.. my feet constantly ache...
. my back is shot... my right hip will go out... from time to time... especially if I sit down at one of those...hmmm... food court.... tables.. too long.. I go to get back up.. and my hip locks up..ohhh.. painful and embarrassing..lol.. my eyesight is worsening by the second.. I have a reoccurring corn... between my big toe and the one next to it.. that.. constantly burns like a mother..f..er
.... I just find that I feel.. that I hurt on more days then I feel good.....

... I used to be pretty flexible...
... now I can barely cross one leg just to cut my toenails...lol..... what are your aches and pains.... and yes me being a pain in the *** does not count...lol

Aches and pains are just part of life some disappear while others seem to linger.

Your "CORN" if you use, your toe nail clippers and cut most of it off then use a corn remove for a couple of weeks it will go away for good.

Keep moving your body as much as possible. Mobility is the key to keeping fluids moving between your joints. Soft tissue is a difficult thing to get past sometimes and may talk longer to recover, but do streches and light wieghts (use a can of soup or tomatoes for a weight). Streches do not need to be large movements, but gradually in time increase the range you strech.

A lot of times aches and pains are cause by an accident of some form.
