Slowdown Sanctions: NYPD Orders Cops to Meet Arrest, Summons Quotas Or Lose Vacation Time, Sick Leave

Following the tragic murder of two NYPD police officers, many New York cops have stopped issuing summonses and making arrests for low-level, discretionary crimes. Fearing lost revenue, NYPD higher-ups have ordered officers to meet summons and arrest quotas or else lose work-related benefits like sick leave and vacation time.

Remember all the hype and lies about "police depts don't have quotas or use choke holds (excessive force)"....protect and serve? The public is being better served by them NOT doing as they're told!

Where is the press and the public on those issues?

With "leaders" and "talking heads" put forth by the corporate/govt media machine making it about one race of people, and misdirecting the real issues, nobody seems to care that quotas are unconstitutional, against the law, and all about the Benjamins.

This admin, and our present system of socialist govt as a whole, is so corrupt, screwed up, and lying thru its teeth at every turn, it's no wonder our nation is going to hell in a hand cart!

When did people quit caring that they were being screwed, conditioned, and lied to at every turn? Are people really becoming that stupid? Evidence would make one think that's the case if they would just simply stop to look long enough.

op seems to me the police did not follow their own laws of no choke holds ... you would think they would want to change that degree of arresting someone and for petty crimes ... giving a ticket out for parking or those similar... do not have nothing to do with putting in a choke hold ... its like they really should pick and choose the battles they certainly would gain more trust with the people there ...
and if they keep this up the city will stay divided ... becouse every one who saw that tape new those officer did wrong ... if they want to hold out by not are fault ... well they where trained in their own schools on how to deal with people... who may have health issues right from the start of trying to arrest them... guess they forgot ...
