I'm am confident that the recommended method for raising a Unicorn is entirely dependent on the exact weight and shape of the Unicorn in question.

Oh, and how high you want to raise it, of course.

I'm very serious like to know the process to start it if u have to do anything to the horn as it grows. and where I'm moving lots of dogs

Unicorns raise themselves.
They don't do well in captivity.
Being human means you aren't pure, you're finite and fallible.
So if you try to raise one you will kill it, your impurities, finite fallibility, will just make the horn fall off.
It's why we have horses.
People tried to raise their own unicorn.
Sorry.
Just not possible.

that's the fairytale I'm looking for a real one. there was a man out west raised them I think he passed away
