I found out in my early twenties I had seven more sisters and a whole raft of cousins so yea I have several dead on look a likes floating around.

In case of same aged siblings it's quite common and understandable.

It's hard to believe that same looking person can be from different continental origin....The saying that there are always 7 persons of every facing in the world seems a fake one...

I think sameness is a relative term too. Ms Harmony's array are similar but to my artists eyes they are only vaguely similar.

I can look back through my portrait journals, I hobby as a photographer, and keep files on kids searching for birth families by physical markers because often names and dates are useless and the physical nuances are all we have sometimes to make matches. I got into it as a social worker identifying John & Jane Does in the state hospital system.

It is really difficult if a person is in the general norms for that race or age. Sometimes I am able to make matches by pictures of siblings or age regression or progressions of relatives because very few people can afford the genetic testing. Sometimes it is an unusual scar but most of us have a lot of the similar "kid" or work injuries. But yea some families are scattered all over the globe by various reasons and it is not uncommon to find relatives in other countries or regions. I don't know if that accounts for the look alkies but it might. This big blue marble is more inter-related than we think.

Hmmm...reproduction from families spread across the globe would obviously similar to their origin as long as their genetics are not affected by new habitat's environment.

Long ago indians who were shifted to caribbean islands,srilanka are generation by generation looking less like indian and more like their natives....it's natural.

I have been told a lot that I look like Candice Bergeon. I don't know if I have that spelling correct. I do not see it myself as much as others do.

Done it a few times. I keep passing people who look like other people I know. One time, I was on a bus and thought I saw a certain friend, walking into the town centre. I was thinking "That's not like him to walk around the area. He usually gets the bus". When I mentioned that I'd seen him that time, he told me he never went anywhere that particular day. I felt so stupid. You can really mistake someone for someone else. I find it hilarious.

Yeah....this happened to me too many times....that too both way.
I mean me too came across such same looking pips and few pips told me that they came across or know someone who looks exactly like me....most of the time I missed my heartbeats....

Sadly the scammers are starting to look too much a like. Least it was interesting when they didn't look alike. lol

My whole life I have had people come up to me and say I look EXACTLY like someone they know.
