I watched last night how the United States ... took the Shanie Indians land... two older women had a agreement with the government about the land to be shared for them since it was the Shanie's to begin with...
these elderly women had lived on this land from like their for fathers did yrs and yrs ago ... these people where not bothering anyone ... the Government came in told them they needed to pay tax on their own freaking land which was just B/S way to remove them ... and came in several time to capture their cows horses and other wild life that where helping these older Indians make small living from their land ... they where not rich from this ... it was their natural way of life ... keeping and not hurting the land and gave back to the earth ... very simple life ... and those that where in the larger city's that where suppose to be helping them where being paid for their bribes to take the land away from the Shanie family's ... then the government came in to take & destroy everything they had ... I do not believe I have ever curse so much in my life ... it made me ill to look at what they had done ... to the animals and to these women ... I could not stand to watch the end ... I was just to ill and angry ... and come to find out ... why the government killed and destroys and took the elderly away from their only home ... Gold they new that land was the largest pile of gold in the united states ... and they wanted it ... so Greed took hold and made these Indians suffer like they did becouse of ... did not even think to have some kind of compromise with them ... just took like they always do ... and did not care who was in their way ... this was so heart breaking ... and left these women with nothing ... Kinda like they raped them of what pride they had ... and the way of life they had from generation to generation ... so how was this for a Thanksgiving story ... The Indians have always deserved more in their lives ... many blessing to them ...
