So is waiting for some smooth talker for years to find out you have been taken by a slick con artist and now you are going to struggle to start a family and or find a spouse when you are past your prime and people are leery of you for being so easily conned.

I was just expressing my thoughts & feelings.

and somehow,yes to inspire people to believe that genuine love do really exists in any form,in any shapes,in every way.in any
given circumstances around.

in fact,I am happy to let everyone know that we took what we have had started into a new level now.
we carried on.
we took the chance.
no matter what it takes just to prove to each other that there's real emotions involved.
after all ,we are just both genuine people over here.

there's nothing wrong being opinionated(obviously, why we're all here in this forum) but be off guarded somehow.
and trying not to get so carried away with our intellect as well .that sometimes it would sounds like becoming judgemental.

I think I get what you're saying but there are quite a few of us here that are kind of cynical when these topic come up like they often do. I myself have never known love outside of the love family members have for one another. I have been trying to date for over twenty years and have still not met anyone. I can't even blame this on only using one site because I've tried a lot and I have never met anyone from any of the more that 15 dating sites I've been a member on. I no more believe in this love you speak of than I do that Santa will finally bring me a present this year after 40 years of nothing.

Well I was in a similar scenario man and I was ready to give up but I thought I would give it one last shot here in mingle....
for the first time in my life I really opened myself up and put my words, thoughts and emotions down for the world to see.....
Anyway, long story short.....boom.....here we are now.....
Ldr....Sdr....whatever it is...I now believe love can can happen when you least expect it....
