Hmmmmm, difficult...

You are clearly a genuine and probably a decent individual. My suggestions:

1: Answer the marital status question

2: Eliminate the photo with the women and add a full body photo

3: The blurb isn't horrible, but it isn't very good either. There are far too many cliches to let a woman know who YOU are.

a) Eliminate the first line completely. It is pointless and quite likely counter productive. (The woman will make the decision about the way you treat her) The rest just needs to be rewritten in a way that hasn't been already said seventeen million times...
