Caverns are always open - I think they only close on Christmas Day and
New years Day - seem to remember checking once and they were only closed 2 days a year - but then I also remember going over Christmas Vacation and driving the Motel 6 people crazy, so who knows. Carlsbad has better jewelry prices than anywhere else in New Mexico!! |

Live in Texas, but have property in Santa Fe. It's incredibly beautiful
up in the mountains. Looking to retire in Cloudcroft/Ruidoso area, but not too soon===but thinking toward the future. I've traveled all over New Mexico and the southwest area, seems every weekend finds me on the road going somewhere. Went to the Balloon Festival couple weeks ago. Chili Festival in Hatch, looking forward to the Apple Festival in Rolling Hills.... |
