I have an odd ? about this. A friend of mine got this women pregnant. She is an IA as far as he knows. As you all know the baby is us citizan. But the mother and father are in battle for custady. Is she looses child will they deport here? Woudl theat be right to do 2 things at once and seperate the baby from the mother? I trust my friend but babys need the mothers to.

The point is, the Mother chose her destiny. Apprehended Fugitives are separated from their families and children every day. The thief, for fraud, trafficking, drug dealers.
You break a law and see how fast you are separated from your family.

Our country actually beckens people such as yourself to come and study under the best and to take their learning back with them as to become a teacher and have better lives. We welcome and send to school the very best scholars and Drs. and professors and the such here on work and school visas.

I just saw a movie called John Q with Academy Award Winner Denzel Washington. In this movie his character did something that was an absolute wrongdoing, and ofcourse he got punished for such a thing, but as we can see in the movie the jury found him guilty just of one out of the three counts he was being prosecuted for.
Why is that? Because people with some brain and heart had the wisdom to see that if he did such a terrible thing it's because he was desperate, he did no have any other option than to break the law for the sake of his son's life.
I relate this situation with my homeboys. Do any of you think that these people wants to leave their countries where they live with their families just for the simple reason of breaking the North American law? NNNoooooooooooooooooo.
We leave our countries because there is an extreme need that needs to be taken care of.
The problem with haters (not because their haters per se, but because the government itself makes them hates through its magnificent brain wash machinery) is that they just feel scared of the unknown, so they are easy prey of the lies that the government sells.
