Learn about growing nuts, berries, grains & spices. Research what's good for you and your loved ones. Also look into a great nutrition book that stresses the important of natural additives. Now if a natural disaster hit us and catastrophes in effect, then put together a good disaster kits. Do a lot of dry goods, military rations, & live off the land. Learn what good to eat off the land and what's no good & poison.
