You only have one photo. Upload more photos as it is one way of proving you are the person in the photo.

Overall, your profile is very good... but... yap there is always a but :D
If your schedule is tight, internet dating might not be for you, at least the free ones like Mingle2. You need lots of time and patience to sift through the fakeroos from the real ones... and there are gazillions of them in all dating sites.
