Hello ome .. I peeked at your profile .. you know what you are 19 years of age and being way too hard on yourself . I see a handsome young man with a great smile who is studying and perhaps craving more independence and excitement in His life . I am not sure if you are talking about online friendships or real world ., but don't fret too much if you mean online .. the internet is a fickle place . Focus on what you like to do and put yourself out of your comfort zone .. you will make friends easier when there is a shared interest . As for dating.. breathe and count to ten ., you are not alone in your search for a girlfriend.. just look how many people are online and using dating sites with marginal success .. what does that tell you ??? At 19 .. you have the world at your feet .. what you do and how you go about it is up to you . Have seen several of your posts and really Nice having you in the forums ., there are genuine people here .. just a lot older .. laughing . But I am sure a lot of young girls read the forums . I understand the bit were you say you over think things you should ignore. I used to do the same thing myself and still do at times although less and less now. Try to snap out of that habit, it will eat you inside out and drive you half crazy. |

He was frustrated because he just didn't seem to fit in anywhere and all those around him had their own niche in life. I told him that things come to us, sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly, just don't give up. He's very happy now and found his own unique niche. I will leave you with a poem that also helped me as well when I too felt "tired"

Hey man this was something I just needed to get off my chest. I appreciated all of the nice things people had to say. I never said my issues were more or less important than someone else's. I'm sorry if I offended you. But if you want to talk about it man I'm willing to listen. I'm sure everyone on here wouldn't mind hearing your story. We all have our own crosses to bear. My Grandma died of blood cancer on my birthday which is coming up pretty soon. So she's been on my mind a lot lately that's why I've been down in the dumps. If you're looking for a fight I'm not interested. But if you just want your story told I'm all ears. Every one is hurting some more than others.

My Grandma died of blood cancer on my birthday which is coming up pretty soon. So she's been on my mind a lot lately that's why I've been down in the dumps.
