For me that's easy. Load up on sweets. Within 90 minutes, my blood sugar will crash, and I'll be ready for a snooze.
Come to think of it, I'm drinking coffee right now, and I'm still ready for a snooze. |

I find a good story sends me to sleep, usually one containing a penguin in a bathtub |

Step one - close eyes.
Step two - think of the boring-est church sermon you've ever heard. Step three - snooze away. Step four - don't snore. |

how to take a nap in the coffee shop easy steps Is this a trick question? Step 1 - don't take a nap in the coffee shop. It makes you look like a homeless vagrant or crack head with nowhere to sleep except a coffee shop. A cup of coffee being cheaper than a hotel room. Driving around today I saw two people peeing in public, just free as you please. The public world is neither your toilet or bedroom. Why treat it as such. |

Actually, homeless vagrants often tend to hang out and sleep in public libraries. In some states, libraries are actually considered 'warming centers' by local government.
The homeless usually only go to coffee shops to either a) use the bathroom, or b) use the wifi. But back to the topic... Mixing medications + coffee [can] = naptime |

I've seen drug addicts plug their phone in the wall and take a nap.

I've seen drug addicts plug their phone in the wall and take a nap. Around here, they can't get away with that. Too many police around. There's a small substation right next to the Starbucks, so the cops often go inside to grab a coffee or take a break. Same thing with the Dunkin Donuts. I've actually seen an officer approach people about loitering without purchasing anything. The coffee shops have really cracked down on the loitering. Combo locks on the bathrooms. Reduced the number of electrical outlets. Rearranged the layout of tables. Etc. |
