Topic: No Cook Fudge

Just the perfect fudge for the cook who never seems to be able to reach the perfect soft boil stage.


Ingredients
2 pounds powdered sugar 1 cup cocoa
2 pasteurized eggs 2 tsp milk
2 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup melted butter
3 large tbsp. peanut butter



Directions
Mix ingredients and add milk for desired consistency. Spread into pan that has been well greased with butter or margarine. Refrigerate until well set. Cut in squares. Chopped nuts (1/2 cup) may be added (optional). Look for pasteurized eggs in your grocers dairy case. Pasteurized Eggs are pasteurized through an all-natural process that destroys Salmonella bacteria.

sounds good :) I'm going to try it.
My dad always makes his fudge with velveeta... I know it sounds gross but you never taste the cheese and the fudge is awesome!
