Lynyrd Skynyrd’s plane
 crashed in Mississippi....killing Ronnie Van Zant, Steve Gains and Cassie Gains, of the original members. A sad day in music history, indeed. Love me some Skynyrd  Southern Rock at its finest! I own every album up until Gold and Platinum. I have a promo copy of One More From the Road and the Street Survivors album with flames along with a handbill left on our windshield the night of the 20th for their scheduled concert in Nashville. I was pumped and was going, until we got in the car and the first thing I heard was that the plane had crashed. |
