Topic: Meals for the week!

Today is my day to cook for the week for myself.

Hamhocks and beans, the beans need to soak overnight.

Carrots, Squash, Sweet potatoes, Beets, and Cauliflower steamed, place in individual containers.

Take juice and place in a canister for drinks.

Take Beet leaves, grind up and add oranges, place in containers.

Liver and Onions will be later this week on the BBQ.

18 eggs cooked for the week, Boiled ready for breakfast.

sourdough bread, one piece a day.

Egg Noodles cooked and placed in a container.

2 oranges and 4 apples, along with cranberry juice

box of oatmeal.

2 bags of one walnuts one pine nuts.

Yes these are my meals for the week Monday to Sunday!

5 small meals a day

I have dropped 50lbs and I am happy, soon in a few months I will be
on a fitness program to tone and get fit.

I have time to finally spend time with me... lol Me, myself and I are on a mission to be beautiful again the swan I have always been.
