Well said Blondey. I like that you included learn from your successes, a lot of times I hear people say learn from your mistakes and don't include the successes. I have been guilty of that as well. Yet it's so important that we do include them. Doing so helps us feel confident and more able to face any fears we might have when challenges come our way. Or a desire to try something new.
