I have a female friend who is registered on Mingle, living in Moraira. They live 3 miles from where I am registered (Benitachell).. If I enter their username, I get their details. But, if I search for them using their City name spelt correctly, their are 19 matches, but my friends profile is not offered to me. The age range is the same. If my friend searches for good matches for herself, she gets my profile as the first up! What is going on here? Clearly, if I’m not getting the profile of someone who should be the perfect match, who else am I not being shown??
