Lars, you're in health care right?

I'm curious, anyone can give their opinion, but how do you feel multiple head trauma (treated and untreated) can effect a person through life?

Aye, I work as a community nurse.

First of all, untreated head trauma sounds dangerous. But anyway, all types of injury affect our life. We might feel restrained by the injury. We might be afraid the injury happens again or will never heal properly, which makes us unhappy in general.
Or the type of injury stops us from doing things we like to do, people in wheelchairs, to mention a group of people.
And financially, costs for meds or medical appointments, can be a burdob, too.

Now, I am not a specialist in head traumas, unless it is epilepsy, so maybe I am not giving proper advise, it was more common sense.

OK, thanks.. Just curious. Suppose I should as my PCP.. Not that there is anything can be done now. I don't feel restrained or afraid to do things because of them, curious as to how it can affect other parts of the body, thinking, emotions, etc..

Hi Stu waving Sorry to hear you're not doing great. Wishing you well flowerforyou

Mikey, house hunting is at a standstill as market is very slow. Hope it'll pick up again now that Easter has been and gone. I'm also looking for a new car so that's keeping me out of mischief bigsmile Need to get something more economical as I only get 25mpg with the tank I'm driving grumble

So, the housing market in the UK is brutal as well? noway

Thanks delightful, I'm doing OK though, just a question I've had rattling around a while. Between tinnitus, arthritis, a stroke and all around just not feeling well and whatnot, I was curious. I suppose some of it is genetics, some is from years of doing hard manual labor rest is just doing dumb stuff and really not taking very good care of myself.

Its been a downhill ride since 1988..

Larsi, what's it like in Ireland.....much the same?

Affordable housing is almost non existent, especially in Dublin, the number of homeless families is on the rise, and our government does sweet f*** all

Posted something in the Politics section as well...

Seems there's plenty housing here, they are taking any natural area and putting apartments and tall skinny houses on them, then complain of the wildlife in the neighborhood, ( coyotes and deer mainly).. What do they expect, they destroyed their homes...

I am really lucky in that sense. Even if prices for renting a house are quite expensive. Found a decent landlord. They don't even check on the house anymore, since I threw out my ex wife two years ago
