Hum. Maybe if y'all give a little more info on where you see those than someone might be able to answer. Some use the mobile web version and others use the full site or pc version here.

I use the app. On My phone, it appears in front of their name on profile. There's either a blue tick, Green Star or nothing.

Looks like it may have to do with the new profile ranking system for the app.
Lol i just had to download the app. And see if i could figure it out. Ok figured it. You can double check by looking at your profile. There is a strength rateing The check mark is 17% complete. The star is 76% complete. Mine is 68% so i should only have a check mark. |

Eh i'll take my email filters over a profile rateing.
