Interesting moving here in time for the last snowstorm. I scooped the snow- found out it is a lot more work than when I was a boy of 40 in Illinois.
I see a snow blower in the garage before next winter.
We arrived just before the national shut down so really limited MN exploration.
Being from the midwest and working for 6 weeks in Mankato nealy 40 years ago, I am a little familiar with the area but want to explore MN, WI and the Dakotas with my wife who has never been this far west.
It is a beautiful state and I love the accents- quite a change from the Carolinas.

Good morning Minnesotans now that it feels like summer is time for everyone to get some things done outside. time to grill outside or go to the lake. enjoying the 10 000 lakes.

Minnesota just now that everyone needs to know that violence to innocent people is never right and police never have the final say on life . if they break the law they need to be put in jail. but violence to innocent people and businesses those people have to be found and arrested.

Being safe and practicing good Covid mitigation are the most important things for the weekend. I'm very concerned there will be a spike in cases over the next couple weeks. Gov is considering shutting down all the bars again; if he does, it probably would be effective on Friday. Thankfully, the liquor stores will still be open!!!
