Americans To Be Tortured For Refusing To Show ID?
Student shocked, tortured for defending constitutional rights

A horror video that wouldn't look out of place in Maoist China or Nazi
Germany shows a student being repeatedly shot with a stun gun by UCLA
police for the crime of not showing his ID. As similar cases begin to
pile up how long will it be before Americans are routinely tortured for
noncompliance and refusing to have their 4th amendment violated?

"A cell phone captured video of a 23-year-old student being administered
multiple Taser shocks by UCLA police on Tuesday. The UCLA student was
hit with the Taser shocks multiple times while he was in the Powell
Library Computer Lab. According to the paper, (Mostafa) Tabatabainejad
did not show ID to community service officers who were conducting a
random check," reports NBC.

Watch the video above and witness as the cops bark at Tabatabainejad to
get to his feet as simultaneously shock him over and over until he
begins crying and screaming for them to stop.

Police are given extensive training on the use of stun guns and in most
cases that training involves taking a taser shot and feeling the
effects. Depending on each individual's physiology, it takes at least a
minute to be able to even stand after a single Taser shot. Over a
hundred deaths have occurred in America as a result of taser shocks and
Taser's own manual discourages repeated shocks, yet the history of their
use tells us that police simply administer repeated shocks until
"compliance is gained." This is a euphemism for torture.

The video and the eyewitness reports describe multiple taser shots as
Tabatabainejad begs and pleads while at one point screaming, "Here's
your Patriot Act, here's your f---ing abuse of power."

The officers repeatedly order Tabatabainejad to stand even as they
administer further shocks - sending 50,000 volts of current that
override the nervous system and temporarily paralyze muscles shooting
through his system again and again. He can't stand and the cops know it,
they just get off on the maniacal ego power trip of torture and this is
why Tabatabainejad is hit again and again despite his screaming and the
protests of the onlookers.

(VIDEO EXAMPLE OF ANOTHER DIFFEREN'T INCIDENT)

Similar cases abound in the so-called land of the free, including the
video above in which a housewife, Abbey Newman, is assaulted and
arrested for simply refusing to tell the gestapo her name at an
unconstitutional checkpoint. Another case in which an Alex Jones
listener, Ferrell Montgomery, was tasered and had a dog set on him again
underscores the brutal and sadistic nature of the police. Like
Tabatabainejad, Montgomery was repeatedly told to put his hands behind
his head and stand up while he was electric shocked and a dog savaged
him for not complying.

In November 2005, Deborah Davis was reading a book on a Denver bus when
a guard of a nearby federal building got on board and demanded everyone
show their ID. Davis refused, leading the guard to "call on federal
cops, who then dragged Davis off a public bus, handcuffed her, shoved
her into the back seat of a police car and drove off to a police station
within the Federal Center."

How long before Americans are tortured with taser weapons on the streets
for refusing to show identification on a routine basis?

How long before we are forced to wear shock collars like some bizarre
science fiction movie, where our masters can discipline us on a whim for
not obeying orders?

It may be a lot sooner than we think.

Every indication suggests that there are moves afoot to implement these
measures on every major street corner and transport system. A year ago
we were told that Federal air marshals were to expand their work beyond
airplanes, launching counter-terror surveillance at train stations and
other mass transit facilities. So called "Visible Intermodal Protection
and Response" teams — or VIPER teams, may soon be permanently deployed
to check ID's under the banner of counter-terrorism.

We need to set a precedent now whereby police who use taser stun guns
and any other kind of unreasonable force as implements of torture,
simply if an individual refuses to have their 4th amendment right
illegally violated, are instantly fired, sued and can never work in any
sector of government, policing or security again.

Watch this space for further updates on the Tabatabainejad case.

old news that.I have a friend that was arrested for having subversive
materials in his car.... 500 copies of the constitution. The
constitution has been dead for 80 years class. Judges only enforce it
when it suits thier purposes. Example- the 20,000 gun laws. The
constitution plainly says the right of the people to keep and bear arms
SHALL NOT be infringed. If constitutional law were trump, then one could
go into a court room, lay down the second amendment and walk out, then
sue the arresting officer. Its a 10,000 Min. fine to deny someone thier
"rights". Constitutional arguments have no force of affect in
courtrooms. If you dont believe me try it once. The Judge will tell you
that was a beautiful constitutional arguement... guilty pay the lady.
Did I forget to mention to yall that Im a substitute district court
Judge??

I had a case once where a guy was a passenger in a parked car, and the
cops wanted him to identify himself. He refused and was taken to jail.
He never did tell them his name and would not allow them to fingerprint
him and he wouldent sign anything. He sat in jail for 90 days before he
came in front of me. I cut him loose. he had commited no crime as far as
i could see.
Did u know that you dont have to get fingerprinted or sign anything
when being booked? Its always a question.... will u sign this? Can we
take your fingerprints? Would you step out of the car? Asking a question
implys that you have a choice does it not? Also if you refuse to sign
the booking documents you are not under any contract to pay for your
visit. You are only required to sign or give fingerprints if odered by a
JUDGE. bET U DIDNT KNOW THAT ONE.

like seriously im havin to take this video in doses i can only watch so
much before i gotta pause it and take my mind off of it. it bothers me
that ppl thnk so highly of themselves to take this kinda power over
board. there are reasons they are given tazers and wat not. i mean hell
we got rid of the guns cuz they just shot at ppl and now they do the
same thing repeatedly and just like with the guns its often more than
one cop. and all the deaths from these things i mean c'mon. these cops
know wat it feels like, how could you put some one through that kinda
pain, esp wen you've experienced it urself. i dont get it at all.

it makes me so mad. i mean ive seen shit where the white cop beat the
black man and shit but this is different this is way beyond a club to
the back or anything like that this shit really fucks with ur body. and
i bet i know how random this id check was. poor man didnt look like he
was from here and neither did his name. i hate assholes who look at
someone and judge them by the way they look or there race. i mean this
could be considered a hate crime if he wanted to push it

oh yah. i have found though that it only gets attention if its a racial
issue. actually i see cops to be equal oppertunity opressors. You never
see the footage of the black cop beating up the white guy, but it
happens all the time too. I had a bunch of drunk drivers one time and
they all had the same story: after they were cuffed the cop threw them
on the pavement face first and maced them , then added a charge of
resisting arrest. I think there were 8 of them all on the same nights
arrests.
Another thing... the cop has a pistol. mace, body armor, billy club,
martial arts training, a trunk full of full auto weapons, shotgun rack
in the frint seat of the cruiser... and he is afraid if he finds you
have a knife??? cmon. whose parinoid here.

yea its pretty crazy that the cops on the street have all this shit but
the guys on our borders dont have shit but authority nothing to swing or
point at the illegals. all they have is the authority to tell them to
stop put them in a truck take them back into mexico where they'll just
turn around and do it smarter the next time

This country have given you the freedom to hate your country, tarnish it
if you must, but understand, you have this freedom because of the few
that fought, and have died. So keep with the tortuous language that only
shows your worldly views are not your own but by papers that are
subversive at best written by poorly read people themselves.

my views are shaped by the fact that im a circuit court judge and i see
this shit all day long. Not gonna sugarcoat what i see.
we live in a free country so dont you dare voice your opinion if its

district court that is.
the police have prety much free reign these days. Its not hating your
country to state the obvious. Its trying to wake people up to the truth.
