Hi. I use the Mingle2 Android App. In my messages, there always is a green dot on the user's avatar. Always. 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. However, the website version of Mingle2 shows that the user was last seen over a month ago.

Green dot on the app denotes that the user is currently online. If you see them 24/7 it may mean that some members don't logout.
