Topic: I'm not receiving 'password reset' email

I had a old account here and i can't able to login. When i clicked 'forgot password', it says they have sent the 'password reset' email but i didn't received any. I tried it few more times and it didn't worked. I didn't received it in my email spam folder either.

I contacted support and i received a response to my email which is seen below.

(If you are not able to remember your password, please use our Forgot Password form. On the full site, this form can be found here:
http://mingle2.com/user/forgot_password)

It's weird that i received that reply because my problem is not receiving the 'password reset' email and they are telling to me to do the same thing which i already tried couple of times, that is to use the Forgot Password form http://mingle2.com/user/forgot_password

If i click it then it will say they have sent the 'password reset' email but i won't received it, once again also i tried. The answer needed is why i'm not receiving 'password reset' email ..

You will still need to contact Support as they are the only ones that can help.

I did contacted them again and there is no response so far.
