Be GREAT to match up with an athletic dude to workout at the gym (L.A. Fitness) and to do tempo-walks.
Am an older guy (67) looking to stay fit--but it is REALLY tough to go it alone. I powerwalk competitively. There could be mutual benefit from the company of another walker (under 12 minute/mile) pace. I walk in the mid to high 10's and want to get faster while developing stamina |

Best is early morning in open green environment. Stay Healthy |
