Kayla Dumas, a 19 year old young lady, was returnig home from Christmas at her grandfathers. She was in a car accident and is in a coma at meritcare hospital. Accident date was dec 26, 2007

God sent me an angel, and oh she is so beautiful, but her outside beauty doesn't compare to the magnificent beauty inside. When you are with her you can't help but to glow, she makes you feel better then you are.

She has made me feel life like no one else ever could, if only i could be half the person that she is, than I could be an angel also.

Oh God I plead with you how we need he so, I know that she would be a great leader of your angels, but please, I beg, let her lead us and to keep our faith stronger. While she lies asleep and we plead and cry for recovery, only you can decide the fate. We trust what you do, will be right just and true. But from one father to another, please give me my baby back.

This is a girl i went to high school with....we were never very close...we were on the volleyball team together for a year. When i found this out and read this story it brought tears to my eyes. I dont know Kayla very well but what i do know is she was always the one to brighten peoples days. She didnt see groups in highschool, ex-jocks, preps, goths. She saw everyone as their own individual. If you were sitting at a lunch table by yourself, Kayla would be the first to come and sit by you and spark up a conversation. She is an amazing girl and we all hope for her to recover from this. So please have Kayla in your prayers. And please if you read this leave a little comment.

i just found out about it......i dont keep in contact with many of the people i went to high school with anymore...and i work to much to watch the news....if you were going to make a smart remark like that you could keep it to yourself.....

you need to have some respect zman or get the hell off here

ok the two who can not give support or pray for her please leave your comments to yourself....i am reading her blog on the hospital website and i am in tears.....so when i come on hear and read this it makes me wonder why she deserved to be in this car accident and not someone like you who has no compassion at all
