Maybe I'm wrong, but I have noticed a lot of people 'needing' to be with someone, I find a problem in that...yes, it is nice to have a friend and a lover...we all get lonely at times...however, when I read posts about how unhappy they are because they cannot find their "true love"...come on, what makes you think that if you are unhappy now, that you will be happy in a relationship...a meaningless one at that to pacify your loneliness?
In my opinion, the person in the relationship should compliment who you are (not compliment meaning, saying nice things to you) rather than make you feel complete...the only person that can make you feel complete should be yourself, it shouldn't take another person to feel that way...but that is my opinion...and that is probably why I'm still single...haha, but seriously, if people would stop *****ing about how lonely they are, and why nobody finds them attractive and all that yada yada...and just live in the moment and be happy within themselves, I'm sure they will be less likely to depend on a relationship... Well thats my 2 cents on the topic...  Have fun, meet new people...smile and laugh...live in the moment... Good luck to you! |
