and now the hangover... the after thought..."man i will never drink again"

I used to drink a little a couple of times a year... But before my son left for the marines...I was so stressed and couldn't sleep.. took meds for a migraine earlier in the day..took a benadryl at night... still no sleep..the panic was bad..so I thought ..oh hell I know i have some rum around here... 1 swig...nothing...2 swigs..nothing.3 swigs..nothing...so I went for the 4th.... next thing u know I was writing to family..if i die..i just ment to sleep..called a friend talked til 3 a.m... then went to my son holding on to anything I could... neeless to say..I was on the floor...lol then hung over the bed with a bucket for a few days... So that surely made me not want to ever touch alchol.... bad bad night..

I was scared as hell...meds and alcohol..not a good mix... just wanted to sleep..my mind wouldn't stop.. so nope no booze...I don't miss it at all.. I was always a 2 beer or wine or wiskey drinker any way... I hate hang overs...
