Grease a 9x13 in oblong pan. Pour in a lg can of sliced peaches juice an all. Then add a small can of sliced peaches. Shake peaches around evenly over bottom of pan. Sprinkle a reg. Butter, Vanilla or Yellow cake mix over the top of peaches evenly. U can press cake powder down in juice some if want. Slice a stick an half of butter or margarine and place all over top.
Bake at 350F in preheated oven center rack. Bake till golden brown on top. Around 45 min or more. Cool. Serve with scoop of favorite ice cream or whip topping. All my kids have made it since preschool. Have also tried this with fruit cocktail an some other added fruits. Easy an good. |
