As my user name implies I like the old songs.
So with all due respect to the lovable (sic) New York governor I took some liberties with one of my old favorites by the Searchers and later the Beatles, Love Potion Number Nine - told from the young lady's point of view, of course.

I didn't hear the knock on the door
Or see his pants fall to the floor
He turned and ran off into the night
Without his pants it was quite a sight

They took me downtown in a paddy wagon
And then they told me it was the gov I was shaggin
Now I'm out of work, I lost that job of mine
