I’ve been off dating sites for a few years, I was in a relationship that ended up not working out, lovely lady but our lifestyle and some of our beliefs didn’t mesh. That’s the reader’s digest version of my dating life, I have nothing bad to say about any of the ladies I’ve met but I’m here to look forward, so let’s look to the future. We can swap strange dating stories later. A little about me, I’m currently 42, never married, I work in custom cabinetry and have been doing this type of work for a long time. I have a 6 year old German Shepherd and a 7 year old hound mix. My shepherd is very protective and may be hard to win over but she’s not going anywhere, while my other dog will lead you to the fine china and anything else if you scratch behind her ears. My life revolves around my family and work, but I would like to have something more than that. My family has a small business and I help with that as well. I enjoy going out to eat and know some great places, enjoy different genres of movies and music, and like going to a broadway show every once and awhile (I have a short list of ones I would like to see, ask me what it is). I lean toward being an introvert, I can deal with people and small groups for a short time but it drains me. I have ideas for what I’m looking for but nothing is set in stone. Life changes and I have learned and continue to learn that I need to be more flexible and follow flow of life sometimes. I don’t really care about sports but will watch Michigan play (softball, football).
