I am a workforce retiree living a tranquil, debt free suburbia lifestyle. I don't follow marketing trends or influencers, consume alcohol, illicit drugs, smoke, vape, associate with gamblers, people promoting multi-level marketing, speculative investments, get rich schemes, etc., etc.. During my journey through life, I encountered a diverse range of people from Corporate CEO's to Domestic Goddesses. The one attribute successful people have in common is intuitive, streetwise wisdom. Everything else is using the appropriate applications and tools to successfully undertake and complete the task at hand. Romance is nature's endorphin euphoria. Nature's survival strategy is acute hunger pains, forcing people into accepting the reality that possessing the title deeds to a home is the best survival strategy available. Regards the techniques people use, no-one has managed to tame nature, therefore why fight nature, just go with the flow, it's harmonious and stress free. The café society lifestyle is not my forte. Planet Earth is too diverse to transverse in one life time. The majority of people select a permanent locality to live, adapt and enjoy nature's offerings. Anyone can view life through the eyes of a tourist. When in Rome, do as the Roman's do. Very few tourists wander off the well worn tourist path, walk slowly down the side streets and experience the local lifestyle. Unless a tourist experiences life with the locals, the travel adventure is a waste. Marriage, co-habitation is for procreation and raising children until they can take care of themselves. Past procreation age, the best outcome is a platonic friendship. The arrangement would suit a streetwise homeowner with her own friends and interests.
