Mark and Charles has taught me a lot before i become the head admin. Learned a lot from them. I will always remember our talks and laughs together. Your teachings on how to become an effective admins. Honestly, it hurts more that i didn't even get a chance to say goodbye or talk to you before you passed away. Thank you sir mark. You will always be in our hearts :(

There is a bug in the Mingle2 app (mostly on android system) that, when you play match with someone else, there is a notification says "something went wrong" Please bear with us for the meantime as our techs are doing their best to fix the problem.

i just got asked to prove im real to send messages by putting in my cell phone and getting a code, which i did and i entered it, is that any kinda scam? seems ok, but im just curious if anyone else got it.

Upon checking your account appears to be normal. And besides, you have 2 accounts. Both of them will be ban if you don't close the other one. It is not a scam it is from the system that asked you for your number to verify if that it is really you. because, we detect that you have 2 accounts. Thank you

Hi,

The engineers confirm that it is a new type of advertisements. We apologize and they are looking other options on how to improve it.

Hi,

Can you specify the bug that you encountered? Is it just the ads? where do you use mingle2? Is it in the phone app? mobile web? or website itself?

Hello and thank you for your patience,

We understand why you are expressing your concern about the location of the Logout function. We moved this function under Settings (menu icon > Settings > Logout) area as we found that it is infrequently used. Moreover, it made intuitive sense to group it with the other functions in its new location.

For Android users,

We are very sorry about the ability to log out. We need to do this in order to keep Mingle2 clean and prevent fraudulent users from creating multiple accounts on one device. (And constantly logging out and creating new accounts). If you do not want email notifications on your phone, you can go to settings Notifications" and turn off the notifications

Or, you can deactivate the account and reactivate by going to settings>deactivate and reactivate on the same page.

Please be patient while we look for a better approach.

Regards,
Keith

Hello and thanks for your patience,

It is not an option to delete a Mingle2 account. If left deactivated, though, its profile will no longer be visible to anybody. To deactivate the account, complete the short checklist below...

In order not to get anymore emails from us, you will want to log into the account, uncheck the options on the appropriate page below, and click the 'Update Settings' button.
http://mingle2.com/inbox/mail_settings
http://m.mingle2.com/inbox/mail_settings (mobile devices)

Next, you may want to remove any descriptive text that you added to your profile (i.e., replace it with nonsensical text) and delete any photos.

Finally, you will want to deactivate the account on the appropriate page below, which will remove your profile from public view.
http://mingle2.com/user/show_settings
http://m.mingle2.com/users/exit_survey (mobile devices)

Once you taken all of the above steps, the account will be canceled and you will be unsubscribed.

Keith
