I use to have a natural six pk. Even after 5 Kids. Although nature cheated me in other area's. When i hit 46 I started to lose it, honestly. But I am working out abs and its coming back. Thank God. But no don't want to look a man. I lovey femenaty. Would love a partner where we can share our passion for fitness and nutrition. I am a former fitness instructor. Loved the job.

Actually, a person can get their body into shape, just by eating the right foods, and a few minutes at the gym. But when it comes to cardio/weight combination , endurance training, there is no substitute to ' working-out'.

Scientists Say Smelling Farts Prevents Cancer

July 11, 2014

This is not a hoax, folks. Scientists out of the University of Exeter believe that smelling farts actually prevents cancer, among other diseases.

http://www.sunnyskyz.com/good-news/757/Scientists-Say-Smelling-Farts-Prevents-Cancer#ZWlSJIteZc0R7jk8.01

"Although hydrogen sulfide gas"—produced when bacteria breaks down food—"is well known as a pungent, foul-smelling gas in rotten eggs and flatulence, it is naturally produced in the body and could in fact be a healthcare hero with significant implications for future therapies for a variety of diseases," Dr. Mark Wood said in a university release.

Although the stinky gas can be noxious in large doses, scientists believe that a whiff here and there has the power to reduce risks of cancer, strokes, heart attacks, arthritis, and dementia by preserving mitochondria.

Researchers are even coming up with their own compound to emulate the smell's health benefits.

"We have exploited this natural process by making a compound, called AP39, which slowly delivers very small amounts of this gas specifically to the mitochondria," Professor Matt Whiteman, of the University of Exeter Medical School said. "Our results indicate that if stressed cells are treated with AP39, mitochondria are protected and cells stay alive."

So instead of getting upset the next time you catch a whiff... be thankful.

Haha, and causes headaches.

yeah, they said the same types of things about Malcolm x supporters and mlk supporters

change needs to happen,, its what all politicians run on,,,what makes it so difficult to believe it when black people say it?

You Guys have been Hoodwinked by the Top-Conman in the Business!laugh
Hope you all like being Cannon-Fodder for the Left Elite!

Suppose a fraction of those demonstrators are paid to put their propaganda/ antics they perform out there? And blame it on the General Population. That leads to invoke Martial law? ( any person wise enough to know, when you see a politicians mouth moving, their lying ). That is probably backed by a group of wealthy elite who don't want to see a particular candidate, or group, make it into office?
Lobbyists bribe politicians with campaign contribution funds all the time. Then guess what? Their money problem is solved, and they could care less, thinking about the people that voted them in office. Their committed to the institution that gave them the contribution. And they are now puppets for the corrupt agenda of Corp. policies/rules/laws. And there is no law against that. ( imagine that? )
They used to just shoot candidates they did not want to see in office. When ever the facts of the truth come out, the damage is already done. John, and Ted Kennedy is a prime example, Martin Luther King, and I don't believe he was running for office, and many others. What is Monsanto's Agenda, besides profits, big Pharma, besides profits? Do you think they are in business for humanity's sake? Sick houses ( known as Hospitals )? ...Follow the money trail People, and you will see the truth there in the midst. Is it true that Donald trumps kids almost received a letter laced with anthrax? If so , politics is still a risky endeavor. The real question is, who's system do you support? The one world money system? The Corp. system? The Political system? The Isis system? Human Rights system? God's system? What system do you support?

I find all of this very interesting.

Trump is the only Republican that practically every poll says Clinton beats easily in the general election.

You have to ask yourself.. Why are the useful idiots trying so hard to bring down Trump when they should be making damn sure he wins the nomination?

And Ms Harmony... Blacks don't like Trump because he is white it has nothing to do with his policies..

haha..

yeah, thats why so many are going for sanders,,,they just cant bring themself to vote white,,,lol

like they wouldn't drift socialist? more benefits!

then I guess race isn't as definitive as policy

thanx for agreeing

When people watch the Documentary, 'The Fall of the Republic'. It will open some eyes, and minds to see its not about color, ( the narrow minded and deceived see only that far ). It's about the 'SYSTEM' . And who runs it, and who In Forces it. And all colors creeds, and Nationalities are involved in it. Like money. Simple as that.

Who cares? As long as her partner understands her.

You could ask the same about men, same answer applies.
Kind of shortsighted to think that men are easy to understand. They're not. They're from Mars you see. Aliens, green skinned with funny things on their head. Like that creature at the beginning of in MiB 1. laugh
When you shoot it, blue goo comes out. And then they say it's a gas explosion on Venus. Right .. Blame woman, as per usual!

I believe the bible was created by man for the purpose of manifesting social order in the world.

If you have read the Bible, you must found what Paul said to Timothy. And one thing more. All who has write the BIBLE is inspired by God.

It has to be written by a higher power than man, that's for sure. Isn't it written somewhere in the book of Revelation, that God, is bringing All nations against Israel? Sure seems to be going that way to me. How long ago was that written?
spock

can money buy happiness or love ?

It kind of depends on how you define love.
Otherwise, of course.
They're both emotions based on stimulating the brain.

Happiness is easy and people do it all the time.
Vacations, family get aways, spring break.

Love is a little more difficult.
You generally have to overstimulate the amygdala and take certain types of drugs.

You can buy happiness or love, just like a heroin junky can buy bliss.
But the problems are it's usually prohibitively expensive, it doesn't last that long, and there are a ton of negative side effects.

There's a reason why certain things have evolved the way they have.

You can play around with your brain with all kinds of drugs, but there are going to be side effects like you become a junkie, get brain damaged, addiction and substance abuse to try and get an ever decreasing high.

If your question is "really" just "can you directly purchase a distilled product that you can inject once and then live the rest of your life, completely normal, but in a constant or perpetual state of happiness, feeling love and loved?
Or can you purchase a lifestyle, possibly completely independent from other people in all ways, that is guaranteed to only allow you to feel happy, loving, and loved?"
Then the answer is "no."

Ditto frustrated

I had 'Ants in my pants, that made me dance, till I worked 152hrs. a week in the summer, and 60 hrs. the rest. All I can say is ' Wonder what it's like to Take it easy'?

I'd be very interested to know how you can work 21.7 hours a day in the summer.

Wild land firefighting. Try it sometime.

( more like 16 hrs. a day 152hrs. a week ).
Was your previous question a typo error?

I didn't realize you had a different maths system in the US.I know your gallon is different. In our system 7 * 16 is 112 , 7 * 21.7 is 151.9 reasonably close to 152.Or perhaps you have you work on a ten day week but that doesn't quite compute either.

Those hrs. Are extreme cases that I've seen quite often. You can expect 112hrs. On a regular 3week on one day off schedule.

I might add...the agency an individual works for makes a big difference. For example B.L.M. pays straight time, no matter what kind of hours you clock.
D.N.R. Pays time and a half after 3 days.
( 40 hrs. @ 16 hr. days ). And it's said that it all evens out. Not to me it don't. I'll take the over time, every time. Over B.L.M.

I'm here because if I was anywhere else I would be there.
If I was there, then there would be here and here would be there and it would be very confusing.I wouldn't know whether I was here or there. But that's neither here nor there, because I'm still confused most of the time.

( Don't make pull my hole card on ya ). Lol
