I Would Apologize

Can you see them, brother?
Angry expressions grace countless faces,
The Kraken, his moles pursue vacant soul;
O’er hills, ‘cross the Bering, ‘neath Sinai I hath run
Can not climb, can not swim, can not trek for brighter suns;
No strength remains for another battle, abandoned love;
I would apologize, mon frère,
Yet exhausted flames hold no shame for duty done

Do you love me, mother?
Please forgive eternal sleep as thee viciously weep
Under lingering wispy dread enjoyed not by the dead;
Six down under, wooden overcoat the last one wears
Hold the tears, hold the sobs if thee truly care;
Prepare a feast as I sprinkle ‘long the windy east;
I would apologize, ma mère,
Yet spent waves doth not cave to whims of the weak.

Should this day not find another,
Should the sun deliver me not to his brother
Know I fought hard, I truly fought hard,
Yet, as Indian coasts in 2004,
I have been smothered.

This was supposed to be my note.

Personal trainers, in short, are hard working people trying to make some money. In that pursuit, they may not give you the results you're looking for in the most efficient manner because, if they did, the training packages would be a lot shorter, and a lot cheaper. We all got bills to pay, right? So hating on that is akin to hating on the pursuit of happiness, which I will not do.

The key to fitness is portion control, more water and moving more. A little extra salad, less sauce and a smaller portion creates an easier digestive situation, allowing the body to break the compounds down faster and the non-vegetables are easier to burn to with the addition of easily digestible foods such as lettuce and cucumber.

Start your day with some oatmeal and an omelette, something with a lot of calories, or even start with your junk food, working your way to lighter foods as the day progresses. There's multiple options, so I recommend trying one for 2-3 weeks, then switch to another to find what works for you.

At 15, I was 300 pounds (297 to be exact) and I had a few personal trainers that drained me for a few grand with vanilla fitness plans that did not really have the effect I needed.

Weighted circuits (Bench press, Incline Bench, Decline Bench, Cable Flies-- As much weight as you can comfortably lift to make it through the circuit 4-5 times. By the 4th circuit, add 5 pounds and drop the target reps by 5 but still try to get one more.) along with light cardio like the stationary bike or row system will build muscle while pushing your heart rate to the fat burning target.

If you want to lose weight, than the trainers will help you with that, just not at optimal speed. then I recommend trying this. It will help build you some pride and confidence, which opens the world to being dented by the hammer that is you. Good luck!

I have been a Habs fan since I noticed my entire family wearing Leafs jersey and bashing the 'Toilet Seats' but my Canadiens have always made it farther than the Leafs in terms of playoff seeding and final season record along with a winning record in their stadium series.

With the addition or Matthews, Marner, Nylander and two others for the life f me I can not remember their name to go along with Reilly, Kadri and Andersen (even their backup has stints of playing like a full-fledged starter) they have a young core to kick the living sh** out of my boys for the next 5 years at least, 10 if contracts, drafting and development of young prospects is handled well.

No real point to this, just wanted to vent. Toilet seats are going to be covered in proverbial dung god knows how long. Great :(

A Sonnet for Principled Heathens

I am not one of God’s Chosen,
Yet I fight his battles;
I have never followed Moses,
Yet I threw Rameses from his saddle
Into the Red Sea collapsing within;
Priests, Shamans, Imams turn me away
As Beelzebub’s charge, riddled with sin
Yet call upon I when Xerxes marches their way
For Holy Hands will condemn but not shed
Immortal blood for fear of becoming the same;
Without a spear they simply lay in bed
Without a fear, without a care, without cowardice shame.
In the dust, Lord, do I wish I could leave them,
But that is not the code of a Principled Heathen.

Freya

Feather soft restraints threaten my breath
As pulse tempo erupts and quickens
To speeds Hawking could not measure;
You, Freya, deserve the very best
My tongue could offer for your pleasure;
Outside provides misplaced Arctic weather,
Snow deteriorates ‘fore our heat of day:
Ice caps to oceans, tsunamis, whirlpools
As I focus on rivers ‘tween creamy white legs;
As you grovel for mine entry, mutual climb,
Rough ascent on inspired rock needing a grind
Pulsing, throbbing to pursue drips as spilt wine
Ignorant to cries as this flavor ne’er comes my way;
Plead, plead away, Freya, impart your wishes,
Times rule: finite enjoyment of tastes delicious,
Writhe your body lithe; beautiful image;
Forgive desires for soaked fires burning vivid
Clouds and seas to be reduced, rendered
As I implant memories of flavors vivid
That I cannot forget as our ties are severed;
I hear you, Freya- silence, not rude gimmicks
To demands to seize and complete our mission;
I would if I could, Freya
But I am not finished.
