Good Morning,

While having my tires checked yesterday afternoon I read an interesting
article in the National Geographic about Saturn's moons.

Just found this article online:

http://news.aol.com/science/story/_a/saturn-moons-heat-from-radioactive-decay/n20070312173009990018

I am sure there are more aticles out there. The studies being done are
seemingly helping scientists to discover more about our own planet.

Hello iam4u and All,

To some extent, you will find that kind of behavior at most sites of
this genre. Weirdos, creepos and players are around every corner on the
internet.

I just left a site where monitoring is so bad that at least half the
members are whackos, alcoholics, drug addicts, stalkers and at least one
big time hacker, if not more.

I am still very new here but have had less "bad" and more "good"
experiences, so far. I attribute that to Mike and VC being on their
toes. Searching for and finding a site where the owners are hands on,
paying attention and READ the abuse reports is a real find so I intend
to hang out here for a while.

YES, of course it goes on. REPORT abuse wherever you find it. As
citizens of the world we have to be willing to report (be a snitch) what
we find for the good of all other citizens, the web sites integrity (the
owners), our internet neighborhod and our own backyards. Be a protector
and not a hider.

Easy Peasy.

Hi Tameka and WELCOME!

I got a couple of those too, at first. But I reported them, blocked them
(a nifty feature that works here) and have had no trouble since then.
Mike and VC are on top of things here! WooHoo!

Hope you find what you are looking for.

Have a great and blessed day.

Duffy! Honey, you are going to start WWIII in here like that. The men
and women have a hard enough time getting along in threads with "what do
you think of birds" as the statement!

lol.

sushi, I use a wind up watch too with a big white face with black hands
and big numbers too. lol. It has a second hand which many new watches do
not have and I NEED that second hand. Lots of the new ones have only the
hour and minute hands on them, ever notice that? sheesh?

Hello MikeMontana,

Something to remember. Being a shy man is the worst part of your story.
Think how she might feel. She probably thinks you were not interested in
her at all and only killing time. Why? You did not take the
"initiative".

Many, many women of all ages have been told to let the man do the
persuing and you know what? It comes natural to some of us, actually
MANY of us. So even if she was incredibly interested in you, she might
not ask for a phone number or suggest another meeting between the two of
you. Women, in general, wait for the man to make a move, the first moves
anyway. ALMOST ALWAYS.

THE MAN HAS TO TAKE THE INITIATIVE in most cases. You either have to
overcome that shyness or face being alone dude. Oh crap, that sounds
harsh when I read it over, but is not intended to be harsh at all.
um... just my .02 worth and I might add a few pennies to that...

I know a ton of women will jump in here and say "NOT SO". Now, I am as
INdependent a woman as you will find anywhere, and have never been
co-dependent in my life, even when married. But I am not forward with
men I am interested in as a dating/courting partner and that is what
makes these situations (man/woman meetings) so hard for both.

Mike, by your photo, you are a very attractive man so buck up dude, BE
CONFIDENT and take the initiative, just say:

"wanna grab a cup of coffee?"
"Ccan I walk you to your car?"
"Say, let's chat again, can I have your phone number?"

Look in the mirror and practice, if you have to, but do it. Your
chances are quite good (probably excellent) that if you are having a
nice chat with a lady she will say "YES".

Gor for it. NOW, it is a plug nickels worth! lol.

Have a great and blessed day,

nurjoyce, I agree with most opinions here, you are a great Mom, you did
the right thing in the hardest/bleakest of situations, for your child.

These kinds of decisions are heart-wrenching and should be private for
the families involved. I am NOT saying you should not have posted, I am
saying that others opinions have to be taken with a grain of salt. A
good rule for any post in any open forum, as debate over this particular
subject can become very heated.

I hope the very best for you and your daughter and as someone said, you
may both need counseling and much support. You have plenty of support
here, for what it's worth. Make sure your little girl gets the support
she needs too.

Chin up.

Hello Lee,

I guess my advice would be to go to the "Religion Chat" area and ask
this question. Although this is fine too! I am sure there are plenty of
nice "God fearing" ladies here, but you have to LOOK to find them, as
with any dating web site.

WELCOME to the fold!
