OK gang, here's the scoop....
Spent 2 1/2 hours at the Pain Center Friday with the doctor. He said besides 9 disks in my back having arthritus, it is getting bent out of shape by all the hip and knee problems making me walk strange. He could not give me a shot because he said he didn't know for sure where.....also, he didn't want to put shot in knee cuz back would throw that off too. He also said my air way is very small so he thinks I have sleep aptney (spelling) which in his oppinion is why I hurt a lot besides from the Art. He said pain meds are worthless without proper sleep. He also is wondering if I have some bone infection from the hip replacement as to why I have trouble sitting, walking etc. Plan of action: Bone scan this Wednesday, wants me to do water therapy, go for a sleep study, and wear pain patches for now. I then go back to him and he'll go from there. Feel like I have been through a ringer but MORE tired of hurting so bad that I don't have a life any more other than work and coming home is so much pain I am in bed by 7. Pray I finally get some answers and relief. Have a good week everyone....

Change of plans for New Years Eve. Will be going to Prarie Meadows Racetrack and Casino for the evening after I serve dinner. Not much for gambling (hate to throw my money away), but they have good free entertainment.

So what is everyone's plans for New Years Eve? My friend is coming over and I am cooking a roast. Going to watch sappy movies and bawl....  Get crazy stupid love. With the guy from the office. That movie was OK but wish I hadn't wasted Theater money on it. Better off renting it. |

Well yeah we do get summers off but the trade off is we're poor cuz we only get paid for 9 months...
