I feel that he should have not trusted the intelligence he received so quickly and put more thought into what is best morally, economically, and politically for this country.

I can go to more detail but this would pretty much sum it up to add comments. I am sure of that. lol

Remember folks, I want you to explain WHY you feel youropinion is true. And do so with facts, not with statistics or with the phrase"thats what everyone agrees with" lmao.

How about the conviction of Libby and the hundreds of pages of Cia agent testimonies saying he knew it was false.
The war was illegal, without going too deep, simply by the fact that he lied. Lied to the World, Lied to Congress, and Lied to us "The People."

If you knew the law, then you would know that being up-front and honest with evidence presented to Congress regarding war is mandatory!

Illegal is illegal, and only a fool could believe otherwise. A fool or Sheeple people!

If you need any further evidence to my opinion go back and read my past posts! I have made myself perfectly clear!!

I never sdaid he didnt need to be upfront and honest. He is a polotician, we know he lies fromt ie to time as do all poloticians, lol.

But you state that all these people came forward and claim he knew it was fake and such. Although I will not say this didnt happen, I am sure it did, to this day, I am not aware of anything being done to prove their accusations to be true or false, thus it is all hearsay and not fact.

I remember libby being prosecuted, but I dont remember for what (so many accusations against so many people it all comes up jumbled).

Maybe you should read the evidence instead of just the lies.

Your own words are damning evidence of being a Sheeple People!!

And now you shrug it off as just typical politics by a politician.

The fact that he is using our military and that American boys are dying for his own personal agenda take things far beyond typical politics.
He is a criminal! I could care less about International law. He is a criminal to the American People!

That's just it Fanta, as far as I am aware, and I am asking to be proven wrong here, there is no proof concerning anything of his supposed criminal acts. You say so many agents gave written statements that he knew the intelligence was false (as an example), yet until those allegations are proven to be true, they are nothing more than hearsay. And to my knowledge, they have not been proven true. Maybe this is because he has managed to cover al lhis alleys and doors, maybe not.

But it all boils down to the simple fact that undr our constitution, he is innocent of all crimes until proven guilty.
Again, maybe he has managed to cover his tracks enough that he can not be found guilty (for whatever reason), but as it stands everything said is just hearsay. Hence the reason I posted this thread in the first place, to get people to stand up and not only state their opinion, but back it up with facts, the way you normally do.

In your opinion, what is President Bushes biggest political mistake, during his term in office?
Please refrain from bashing or going on with all kinds of thoughts, and just name one mistake per person please. And explain WHY you feel it was a mistake.

*note: "common sense dictates it was a mistake" is not an explanation, lol. You need to get down and honestly explain why YOU personnaly feel it was a mistake. AND NO STATISTICS PLEASE!!!!!!

In my opinion, Bush's biggest political mistake was the unprovoked invasion of Iraq.

Have to put this in - I didn't like the way he handled Katrina either.

no
dont tell people what they ahve to do, stand up and defend your opiniion please.

here is yuor chance to quote what you are reading, and explain why you feel the way you feel.
This is not meant as a chance as "here is my opinion now go do the work to prove me right".

You feel this way, so you should be willing to stand up and state WHY you feel this way. And stating "the constitution says so" is not an explanation.

I happen to agree with you that the so-called homeland security was a major mistake, along with outright b.s. (for lack of a better term right now).

I feel this is so, because of the fact that we already had a standing homeland security in place waiting to be used( the national guard) and if we deployed our troops properly (natinal guardsmen not leaving the state they are from except for an immediate touching neighbor) then we would not need to have a national defense office in polace.
