We sent each other about 4 emails each then gave phone #'s out and talked our first night starting at about 10am on saturday morning and did not hang up the phone until sunday morning at 10am. We talked for more than 24 hours and continued sharing parts of our lives with each other. That's crazy (in a good way), AlaskaDreaming! Congratulations, man.

Well Ladies & Gentlemen here is another wonderful success story. I met (Marilyn) Soul2Search on here on about Aug 25th or so and I sent her an email and she responded. We sent each other about 4 emails each then gave phone #'s out and talked our first night starting at about 10am on saturday morning and did not hang up the phone until sunday morning at 10am. We talked for more than 24 hours and continued sharing parts of our lives with each other. On Sept. 15th her and her daughter came to be with me here in Alaska from Montana. The relationship has developed greatly and we want to thank the guys ((Matt, Mike, & Vanchau) for Mingle. GOOD LUCK TO ALL. And don't forget: "MINGLE IS MADE FROM THE BEST PEOPLE ON EARTH!!!" :) :) Wow and I thought my phone conversation for 9 hours was a record. That's awesome. Congrats!!! I have had several conversations with my sweetheart over the last year and a half and we are very happy. I hope the two of you will be happy also. Best wishes. Keep us posted. |

Tom {sharpshooter} & Merle {bad_girl} Married on October 27, 2008 Tom and I met in the early part of the year. We were both very skeptical about finding love {especially on-line), but we gave it a shot anyway. After hours and hours of phone calls, emails and IM's, and with Debbie's help, the good old skies of United and the support of our friends, we finally met. It was if we were meant to be together from the moment we laid our eyes on each other. I can't begin to describe how I felt when Tom put his arms around me and kissed me for the first time. Time stood still for us. We had several more visits and in August, Tom asked me to marry him. I waitied until the next morning to answer him, I needed for him to be sure. I said YES and I asked him on this trip when he wanted to do it. He said now and that is what we did. License and wedding ceremony in one day. Thank you Mike and Van for the wonderful thing you do here and thanks to all the other members for their support and love shown to Tom and I. Merle & Tom (a.k.a. Mr & Mrs Sharpshooter)

We started chatting, and decided that ten days later on June 26 that we would meet. A week after that I quit my job, moved to a new town not knowing anyone except him. I will never as long as I live ever regret making that move! I have gained a new family that is just great, a man that is just absolutely out of this world amazing I don't know if we will be in the same place this time next year, but we are enjoying the life we share right now and looking forward to where ever this road might lead us. I on the other hand have no doubt as to how I feel about this man and the life we share. He is my insperation, He is my hero, He is the love of my life, He is my dream come true! We first met when she messaged me a few months back, we began idly talking both shy as can be but swiftly opened up and began to talk about any random thing we could, things clicked just right and we had a lot of fun, we kept up talking every day for weeks then cutely caught her accidentally say i love you and ever since things have just expanded greatly, shes the best thing to ever happen to me, we have talked every day since and wont miss a night together, talking for hours on end, we have yet to have any true fights or disagreements just little things like the age old debate of mac vs pc (alienware is the best sweety! :P) or little things that shouldn't be worried about ha! all because of this website we met and can be together, our greatest problem is distance but we will visit each other on valentines day at the latest and will keep yall posted to the success caused by this great site to allow us to meet! |
