I guess I was so much into not having to think about all this whole thing going on (worried for her) , that I forgot to tell you I did go to town and spoke with the only two lawyers we have in our town and both wanted the case, so I went with the one our family knows best.
She slept pretty good last night. She did have to sit out while she was at MMA class. And boy was she in a bad Mood! didn't want anyone around her and just felt as though she were in trouble. I told her that she did nothing wrong. She didn't go to sleep till after 10pm. She woke up this am happy though . THANK YOU LORD. She said she wanted to go to school, and so far no phone calls.
Thank you.

Is this regarding the thread about the boy who pinched your daughters butt at school and she got in trouble for using her Martial Arts on him?

You spoke to a lawyer regarding this issue? oh my.

I am truly glad that she is ok.

Make sure that this is the route you really want to take. It might be more advantageous to go the the Superintendant of schools instead.

Yes, I did infact....
#1 She told him to stop the first time...

#2 After the second time she went to the teacher and told her , the teacher then told her not to tattle tale I suppose she thought it wasn't so bad.

#3 He pinched her hard enough to leave not only 6 bruses but 3 were black and bulged!
He pinched her 6 times before she used force on him.

#4 THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY CHILD while in their care.

I agree that they are responsible for your child, no question about that.

Yesterday's thread never mentioned the number of times, after that many times then yes, she had every right defending herself using her martial arts.

The teacher should know better.... but wouldnt it be best to persue taking this up with the principal/superintendent??

No, aint doing it. And let them get by with it ???
Nah ah...
See last year a student who was autistic kinda had an outburst and the school filed charges against this 6 year old boy , who by the way, can't help the fact that he is autistic. So, I figure if they did it to him , why should I think they wont with my daughter...
