I just wanted to share my wonderful news with everyone!! Last Wednesday my boyfriend asked me to marry him!!!

I’m Engaged!!!

Earlier on Wednesday John ( my boyfriend, fiance now) had called and said he was having a busy day because the machines their partners use kept messing up and he's responsible for writing the code for them and stuff like that. Then on my way home he and I were talking and he made his phone ring. He said he had to go to Mt. Pleasant to fix one of the machines and wanted to know if I would come with him. I said yes and when I was inside changing clothes he was being all weird I'm like John what the heck are you so nervous about (because he was pacing) he's like I've got to get going babe! So we left and he stopped by work to get the paperwork. So, it is raining and blah cause yeah that's SC the last week. So then I'm like John these directions aren't to Mt. Pleasant they're to downtown. He's like oh man I hate having to go to that one. So we find his partners Business and he runs in for like 3 minutes and then comes back to say they are idiots and had the wrong information in the machine and they should have been able to fix it. Previous to this on the trip we were discussing where we wanted to eat dinner in Mt.Pleasant so then he wanted to take my to my favorite French restaurant downtown but after work I changed into jeans and I'm like well I can't go in there in jeans. So I'm like well you know I've never been to California Dreaming I want to go there. So we went there and had a awesome meal. Then he's like I don't feel like going home lets do something. So, I'm like we can go downtown to the battery, go get ice cream, or go see a movie. He's like they all sound good but the movie. Then I'm like oh my gosh I'm so full I don't know if I want to walk! But then I'm like lets do it! So may I also add that downtown was the second part of our first date we went to the battery and the waterfront. So we went up on the Gazebo and talked and looked around. Then he's like I kind of lied to you today and I'm like … huh? And he got down on his knee and asked me to marry him! I took the ring for about two seconds and then started jumping up and down and told him to do it again!!!!! He then informed me he had asked my dad for his permission, and then drove to my mother's work and asked my mother's permission as well!!!
