Counseling from a women's shelter may be what you need in order to process what occurred and to prevent you from inadvertently making such a choice in men. If this is the 2nd time you've gotten with someone who behaves this way, there may be something about you that attracts it. Not blaming you in any way. Just speaking from experience having been there.

When I first got on here, I had a couple like what you describe, but learned really fast. There's another social site I am on where the scamming has become so prevalent I think there are more of them than real people.

That is so horribly sad!! To think of all the lives he saved in the interim. I'm sure his family always knew the risks, but the reality hitting them must be devastating.

Gosh, in my city, this has been going on for eons, both legitimately and under the table. I've been to construction sites where builders snag aliens to build custom homes and pay out of pocket for forever. I've also seen where ones with green cards get a paycheck not at all equal to their citizen counterparts, and builders who get draws from the bank for payroll as if they were paying fully to their employees, but pocketing large portions. This goes much farther and deeper than just getting away with cheap alien labor.

Boy, no sympathy here. Love the old "for the sake of this kids" thing. Geeeez if you get in bed with your wife after catting around, you could spread a disease to your poor wife which is not good for her or the kids, is it? And seeing or finding out daddy is cheater, not good for the kids. Seeing mom get hurt by daddy over the mighty cheating issue, not good for the kids. I hope she doesn't beat you to the punch out there and do harm to the kids, either. Do what's best for your wife and kids. Get a divorce and cat around without the excuses.
